I am a Professor and the Canada Research Chair in Technology and Operations Management in the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
Prior to joining Simon Fraser University I was a faculty member at the Universities of Warwick and Sheffield. My research focuses on the design and management of technology-based organizations. In particular I am interested in operations management, customization of products and services; organizational and social networks, creative consumers, innovation and new product development.
I reside in Vancouver, Canada.
