Glenda Shaw-Garlock is a doctoral candidate in the School of Communication, in the Faculty of Communication, Arts & Technology at Simon Fraser University. Glenda’s research interests include the gendering of technological artifacts; the emergence of social robots in society; and critical perspectives on science, technology & culture. Glenda also holds a MA in Communication from Simon Fraser University.
