Faculty Member, Beedie School of Business
About
My current research interests center around the strategic management of technological innovation, particularly from the perspective of new technology based firms (NTBFs). My background includes an interdisciplinary education (Materials Engineering and English at Queen's University, Technology and Policy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Technology Management at the University of Cambridge ) as well as work experience as a materials engineer, as a strategy consultant, as a technology management consultant in the automotive industry, and as an advisor to advanced materials ventures. I'm drawn to applied research questions that can be most usefully addressed through a combination of technical, managerial and policy analysis.
